Clients include CEOs, boards of directors, heads of department and project managers from FTSE 100 companies, charity and government organisations, as well as leaders from the creative industries and sectors including legal, media, travel, property, telecoms and finance.
In some cases, individuals may seek my support on their own initiative. In others, I may be approached by HR directors or heads of department, with a specific project in mind – for example, coaching members of staff to help them adapt to a period of change. I am experienced in coaching teams of people, either individually or in group sessions.
